Ingredients:
6-8 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 cup apricot jam
1 cup Russian salad dressing
1 package dry onion soup mix
2 tsp. curry powder
instant rice
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients together and pour over chicken breasts.
2. Bake at 350 degrees for 60-75 minutes, or until done.
3. Serve over cooked rice.
