Ingredients:
White Cake Mix, (Have to use white)
Bag of Mini Milky Way Candy Bars
Confetti Frosting
Directions:
1. Make cupcake batter according to cake mix directions.
2. Cover bottom of cups with batter.
3. Lightly place a candy bar in center of each cup.
4. Cover with batter and bake according to package directions.
5. Frost and enjoy.
